Due to the handcrafted nature of our pipe cleaner flowers, we do not accept returns or exchanges after delivery. Our creations are designed to be long-lasting, and we cannot ensure proper care once delivered.
We will accept returns or process refunds if:
The wrong product or size is delivered.
Minor variations, such as slight differences in design or packaging, do not qualify for returns.

1. Refund Policy
We do not offer refunds for personal preference (e.g., changing your mind). Due to the labor involved in creating and shipping our flowers, please make selections carefully.
Refunds are not available once your order has been processed. We can offer store credit or reschedule delivery if needed.
2. Order Cancellations
Cancellations or rescheduling must be confirmed by speaking with our team within 24 hours of ordering. A $20 service charge will apply for cancellations. No cancellations or refunds are available after this time.
3. Post-Delivery Responsibility
When it comes to shipping, we understand the importance of timely delivery.
Your order will be carefully crafted and dispatched within 1–2 business days, so you can receive your bouquet as soon as possible.
Estimated delivery time (after dispatch):
Australia: 2–6 business days
US & Europe: 4–10 business days (Estimated, not guaranteed)
For faster delivery, Express Shipping is available at checkout.
If your Express order does not arrive within the estimated timeframe, we will refund your Express shipping fee.
This guarantee applies to delivery delays caused by the carrier and excludes incorrect addresses or unforeseen circumstances.
Our goal is to provide you with a seamless and enjoyable shopping experience from start to finish.
Once the parcel has been handed over to the shipping carrier, responsibility for the delivery is transferred to the carrier. While we take great care in preparing and packaging each order, Elle Blooming is not liable for any lost, stolen, delayed, misplaced parcels, or damage caused during transit after the parcel has been dispatched.
Please ensure all order details are correct. Incorrect delivery information may result in delays or additional re-delivery fees.

Due to availability, we may substitute items, but we guarantee equal or greater value, ensuring the beauty of your arrangement.
